Somatic Trauma Therapy for Women in Greater Boston, MA

Serving residents of Newton, Wellesley, Needham, Dedham, Walpole, Norwood, Canton

Who This Work Is For —

If you're a woman in the Greater Boston area looking for something deeper than traditional talk therapy, you're in the right place. Felt Sense Psychotherapy offers somatic trauma therapy for women navigating complex PTSD, birth trauma, sexual trauma, burnout, and psychedelic preparation and integration — available in-person in Milford and virtually across Massachusetts. Below you'll find everything you need to know about working together.

Greater Boston is a place of ambition, excellence, and high standards — present inwardly as much as it is external. Many of the women I work with from this area are deeply self-aware, have often already tried therapy, and come with a genuine hunger to understand themselves more fully. If you've done the intellectual work and still feel stuck in your body, your relationships, or your sense of self — that space between knowing and feeling is exactly where somatic therapy begins.

In-Person Somatic Trauma Therapy for Women in Milford, Massachusetts

My office at 12 Congress Street in Milford is a cozy, private, and intentionally welcoming space, designed to feel like a soft place to land from the moment you arrive. There is a waiting area when you first enter the building, and parking is available on the left side of the building as well as on the street.

In-person clients are welcome to incorporate virtual sessions as needed, creating a flexible rhythm that works for your life.

The office is conveniently located off Route 495, approximately 30-40 minutes from Newton, Wellesley, Needham, and the greater Boston area — close enough for a regular commute, far enough to feel like a true change of scenery. After your session, you're steps away from the Upper Charles Bike Trail and Louisa Lake both lovely spots to decompress and let the work settle. Rail Trail Flatbread Co. is just across the street if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming spot to grab some nourishment before your session or after.

Virtual Therapy Across Greater Boston

You don't have to travel to work together. Virtual sessions are available to women across Greater Boston and throughout Massachusetts — bringing the same depth of somatic trauma therapy into the comfort and privacy of your own space. Many clients find that working from home allows them to settle in more easily, helping the work feel even more accessible.
