Who This Work Is For —
If you're a woman in the Cape Cod area looking for something deeper than traditional talk therapy, you're in the right place. Felt Sense Psychotherapy offers somatic trauma therapy for women navigating complex PTSD, birth trauma, sexual trauma, burnout, and psychedelic preparation and integration — available in-person in Milford and virtually across Massachusetts. Below you'll find everything you need to know about working together.
Cape Cod has a rhythm that's hard to find anywhere else in Massachusetts, one that’s a bit slower, saltier, more attuned to the natural world. Yet beneath that pace, many women here are carrying the particular weight of isolation that can come with living somewhere so beautiful and so far from everything else. Whether you're a year-round resident navigating the quiet of the off-season, or someone who has made the Cape home after a major life transition, the distance from urban resources shouldn't mean distance from deep, quality care. Somatic trauma therapy is available to you, wherever you are on the Cape.
In-Person Somatic Trauma Therapy for Women in Milford, Massachusetts
My office at 12 Congress Street in Milford is a cozy, private, and intentionally welcoming space, designed to feel like a soft place to land from the moment you arrive. There is a waiting area when you first enter the building, and parking is available on the left side of the building as well as on the street.
In-person clients are welcome to incorporate virtual sessions as needed, creating a flexible rhythm that works for your life.
The office is located in Milford, approximately 60-75 minutes from the top of the Cape — accessible via Route 495 South to Route 25, making it a straightforward drive for those who choose to come in person. Many Cape Cod clients opt for virtual sessions, which eliminate the bridge traffic entirely and bring the same depth of somatic trauma therapy into the comfort of your own home.
If you choose to come in person, after your session you're steps away from the Upper Charles Bike Trail and Louisa Lake — both lovely spots to decompress and let the work settle. Rail Trail Flatbread Co. is just across the street if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming spot to grab some nourishment before your session or after.
